Terms and Conditions
Laikon Delicatessen reserves the right to vary, amend or make any changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice in its absolute discretion. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated on our website and become effective at the time of posting on our website. Registering for the Program and/or using the Card/App to earn any rewards will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. While Laikon Delicatessen will attempt to notify Members of any change, we shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
Laikon Delicatessen (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and its related entities are committed to protecting the privacy of Personal Information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
“Personal Information” means any information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained from the information or opinion.
Your name, address, date of birth, gender, home address, email address, telephone number and employment details are examples of Personal Information. Personal Information may also include information we may collect about your individual preferences.
